Certified Residential Management Group provides two forms of management services for owners/investors of Multifamily properties:
Asset Management - The management of the "investment" and other financial aspects relating to an improvement in "investment value", and
Property Management - The management of the physical property and operation of the rental program.
Our Multifamily Management Program is delivered on an Al-a-Carte basis, as many of our investor/owners often have some level of management services in place. Pricing for our services is custom-tailored to each unique project.
