Orlando, FL – A Homeowners Association of 144 single family homes had become insolvent and was dealing with a legal issue with an unpaid creditor. Working along side another property management company, Certified’s leadership spent 18 months of consistent and unparalleled effort, working in conjunction with board members and city of Orlando officials to resolve the associations issues including, but not limited to the following:
